We will award Area Development rights for a major city or region within a country. Area Developer would be required to open and operate a minimum of two units. Area Developer cannot sub-franchise and would pay franchise fees and on-going royalties.

• If you are a Restaurant Owner/Operator looking to convert your restaurants to a North American casual dining concept, we would like to meet with you.

• If you are a Food Distributor or Food Manufacturing company and would like to have an exciting North American Food concept of your own, we would like to meet with you.

• If you are an Individual with the vision to see the Buffalo's/Bison Bar & Grill concept in your country we would like to meet with you.

We will consider a Master Licensing Agreement with an established Master Franchisee with a record of success with a recognized brand or brands.

Area Development Fees:

• Minimum fee - $120,000 US:
• Franchise Fee of $50,000 each for Two Restaurants = $100,000
• Development Fee of $10,000 each for Two Restaurants = $20,000

On-Going Royalties:

• 5% of Gross Revenue
• 1% for Creative Advertising
